Support beyond the
fixed-fee review.

Additional regulatory support is available when a client’s needs extend beyond the defined fixed-fee review. Any hourly work will be discussed and agreed with the client before proceeding.

GENERAL SCOPE PRINCIPLES

from the outset.

A new formulation, materially revised formulation, substantially redesigned artwork, materially new claims, additional products/SKUs, extended implementation work, or other work outside the defined review scope may require a new fixed-fee review or additional regulatory support.
